Welcome to the Passaic County Youth Wrestling League website. Our fifth season includes 12 teams in two divisions. On this site, you will find our league bylaws, team contacts, directions, schedule and results. We hope you find this website useful.
The PCYWL consists of teams, many of which are already participating in jamboree type match leagues, who wish to expand their programs to include a duel match format with a traveling varsity team. The 2008 PCYWL Tournament will be Sunday February 10 at Premier in Saddle Brook. Wrestling will begin promptly at 9:00am. Weighins are Saturday at Premier. You must weigh in as a team, please ask your coach what time your team is going to weigh in. Click here for the 2008 Tournament Brackets. If you do not make weighins or do not make your weight, you will scratch. Weights are hard weights plus 2 lbs (i.e. 55 lbs is 57 lbs). A 2/10ths lb allowance will be given for clothing.
