Add Fair Lawn, Northern Highlands/Ramsey, Kinnelon, Ridgewood, Saddle Brook which are approved as new teams on a one year basis. These changes establish a 12 team league. Vice president-Jeff Hrycak, no member at large. Delete hardweight requirement for tournament. Wrestler may move up 1 weight class from that weighed in at for that match. Overtime format to be changed to follow high school rules. Remove 50% participation requirement for seeding in tournament. Abolish current seeding criteria and follow high school district rules. H	Division champion first criteria to be changed to most  24 May 2007           wins. Realignment to occur based on discussion, no set criteria. Eliminate exhibition weight. Northern Highlands, Ramsey, Ridgewood, Fair Lawn, Kinnelon, Saddle Brook were approved for continuing membership. Lakeland and Park Ridge were voted in as new members on a one year basis. If a team does not participate in the league tournament they will lose their voting privileges for the following year. Overtime format changed to one one-minute period neutral plus one 30 second ride out if necessary. Points awarded for forfeits to be 6 points for each of first two forfeits, 2 points each for any forfeits thereafter.	24 May 2007                   18 Oct 2007
J	Add the following to forfeit scoring-If a wrestler weighs in and no one wrestles at that weight, 6 pts are awarded for the forfeit. The weight at which each match will start will be determined before each match by a 'draw from hat' or as agreed by coaches. If a team wishes to have a wrestler outside of its town participate, it must make request to league. Fair Lawn, Rutherford, Hasbrouck Heights, Parsippany and Wash Twp were voted in as new members on a one year basis for 2008.	16 Oct 2008
